Drop Chat is a product operated by Mark 42 Digital Solution. To request deletion of your personal data and/or your Drop Chat account, email support@dropchat.in with the email address associated with your Drop Chat account/organization (and your deletion reference code above, if you have one).
You can request deletion of your account and the associated personal data we hold about you — including your account/organization details and your WhatsApp conversation and contact data (see Section 4 below for how WhatsApp/Meta data specifically is handled).
We may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to act for the organization before processing a deletion request, to prevent someone else from deleting your data.
If your request relates to a connected WhatsApp Business Account, Drop Chat will disconnect that connection as part of processing your request. Previously stored WhatsApp conversation and contact data tied to your account is deleted along with the rest of your account data, except for any information we are required or permitted to retain under Section 5 below. Some information may need to be retained even after a deletion request — for example where required by applicable law, or for legitimate security, billing/tax, or other legal obligations. This mirrors the retention terms in our Privacy Policy, Section 6.
We process verified deletion requests as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not currently offer an automated, instant, self-service deletion feature — every request is reviewed and processed by our team.
